At Kronsoft Development, I work in the UI UX Design department. Here I enjoy designing and implementing new concepts for older applications. And furthermore, new big web applications, that also showcase my architectural 3D experience. Knowing how to implement the design in Angular projects also helps me maintain a good relationship with the developers and work along.
June 2018 - August 2019
As an intern, I learned while working with Angular 6, JavaScript,Typescript, Google Cloud VM instances, and GIT, to understand the functionality of websites and web applications, importance of user experience, and be part of a new, opened and freshorganizational culture.Participated at Hackaton4Healh, powered by Johnson&Johnson.

Tinctu is a health e-commerce app that targets to deliver high tech and very qualitative tinctures while offering support on how to live a balanced life. They are on a mission to adjust the way people understand tinctures and all natural products and share with everybody what technology those products need to be done with and how to include them in their daily routine. One of the biggest challenges for Tinctu is to amplify the confidence of the user regarding the all natural high tech products that serve well for : prevention, well being, emotional health, alternative medicine. The second big challenge for them is to create a platform that collects all the right information about the client and transforms that information in the best advices on how / when to take these products, so that they have a health guide all along.
Tinctu biggest desire is to find a way to help people in their journey of having a healthy and balanced life. The team si constantly updating the research part of the project, making the ux design evolve each day by understanding the exact needs of the user. We conducted many competition research to gain visibility on what works and what doesn't work. This helps us shape out the project better.
After identifying the user, create user personas, conduct the generative research, we align this important aspect we need to tackle.
The primary focus is to building trust in digital health.
We answer this challenge with:
visual design
profesional welcoming experience
transparency
know all the data we are keeping about the user content
detailed info about the tech ( in reach )social proof
customer testimonials
The app also aims to offer a better user experience in time by gathering data while helping with personalized advice ( articles notifications about dosing )Through qualitative research we found out what are the emotions and behavior regarding a healthy living.
TINCTU encourages a holistic way of viewing humans.
This is the way we designed the app and website, with the intention to integrate each part in the TINCTU concept, and even if we treat section by themselves, they will always have a better effect if they are viewed as a whole and you feel them interconnected.
Product presentation - because there are not much products, because time is short for our smart buyer, we decided to design a product page that offers all info in one view with the option to slide between info tabs with the "story" behavior. And if the users decide to invest more time in reading after having the preview presented, they can open the page of the product that walks them through all the information needed and also serves them many articles that are strictly related to the product.
We visualized the process that the user has while purchasing, using and feeling all the effects in a longer period of time. This had to be a sustained process and an inspiring one, so that they would return to the app and inform themselves more or chat with the customer care and eventually order more.Having this idea in mind, the main graphic elements will be images with smiling people associated with graphics elements "drawings over picture" to emphasize the concept in the particular image.
So that the app is interesting and suggest the innovation in the concept of TINCTU, we decided to keep a minimal look overall and find accent elements that inspire:nature, health, well-being, friendship and care.
Product designer with a background in architecture, now applying human-centered design to digital space.
MOTTO: "Observe the whole human, beyond just their role as a user."
Coming from architectural background, I certainly got inspired from all the space around us and from observing how they are used by each individual differently.
While UX is based on "building" the structural flow of a whole product, and then add more to it by also making it pleasant to the eye and senses... architecture also starts on the well thought foundation and then comes around to enhance the human experience in each program you design.
So I combine spaces in each product I design, thinking about what people will be most happy with and how to make it easier for them to navigate the digital space while enjoying nature, home... or any other physical spaces.
It is all connected in to one feeling of useful and pleasant experience.
Omniremedi is the rebranding of the Tincu app. Together with a team of creative designer and a great illustrator we created an improved story about the high wualitative tinctures.
Tinctu is a health e-commerce app that targets to deliver high tech and very qualitative tinctures while offering support on how to live a balanced life.
To make the platform more appealing I chose to design it in a dark mode for all times.
This way the eyestrain effects are reduced, and the users will also find it more attractive when it is about fun and the app looks just like a console game place.
Since we had to research the market for this product, and have teams of developers align with the design part of the process, we managed to design a living app that could get in testing sessions as soon as possible.
The process I got to follow in this application was one driven as a single designer on the team, having support from the founders and developers to come up with great solutions in terms of experience and interface design.
The following presentation gives a glimpse on what level the app is now. Always a work in progress, we are working hard to get to a point where we can launch the MVP and present it to as many possible users as we can and find the match between user needs and business goals.
Dashboards are a great exercise when thinking about organizing someones work flow.
Designing them is a big responsibility you take on the fact that you make sure the user has all te main information breathable and at a click away!
There can be different types of dashboards: operational, strategic and analytical. Here, I made such an exercise for an online working platform.
This is an operational kind of dashboard.
